USA Shipping

Free standard groud shipping on orders over $150!

Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground Service. Orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping is unavailable on weekends and/or major holidays.

FedEx Ground Service is not available in Hawaii or Alaska; residents should choose an Express Shipping Service on the Order Form when checking out.

FedEx Priority Overnight and Express Shipping services are available at an additional cost. These are listed on the Order Form and are automatically calculated during the check out process.

Cut off time for FedEx Priority or Express service from the Online Store at Troon North is 12:00 p.m. Arizona GMT/UTC; orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Note: For delivery, Saturday is not considered a business day. If you need a Saturday delivery please select the Overnight Saturday Delivery option available at check out. If you require a signature at delivery, there is an additional charge of $1.50 by FedEx.

Please note that once a parcel leaves the Online Store at Troon North we cannot be responsible for FedEx delivery performance.

International Orders & Shipping (Including Canada and Mexico)

Please contact Jen Potter at jpotter@troongolf.com or Rebecca Nelson at rnelson@troongolf.com for all International purchases, shipping rates and delivery information prior to ordering.

Please indicate the product or items you are inquiring about including the name of the item, brief description and Troon North ID Number at the bottom of the product description page. Include your name, shipping address, email, billing address and a daytime phone number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a Troon North Merchandiser to provide you the information needed to place your order.

International orders are shipped through FedEx Economy International. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase or gift from the Online Store at Troon North, please do not hesistate to return or exchange the item within 90 days of the purchase date. Pack the item securely. Enlcose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return.

Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to show on your statement.

There is an $8.95 re-shipping charge for all exchanged items (including gift items) within the USA. International exchange re-shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact Jen Potter, jpotter@troongolf.com or Rebecca Nelson, rnelson@troongolf.com with a credit card number to be charged. No checks accepted. The re-shipping charge will be waived only if there was an error on our part or the item was defective.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
