 Resident Practice Facility Rates: Daily Range Pass = $25 per visit Resident Range Pass - 30 Pack = $375 (Provides 30 individual one day range passes. No other qty available.) Individual Annual Range Pass = $1,000 Family Annual Range Pass = $1,500 Pricing of the Annual Range Pass is based on a calendar year January 1st - December 31st. The annual range pass may be prorated from the date of purchase through December 31st if purchased in the months between February-August. (No seasonal or other schedule is available due to turf protection and coverage.) Handicap Service = $35 per year Full golf memberships are also available to Troon North property owners. To qualify you must first close escrow on your property and complete an application form. Benefits include discounted green fees and a special phone line for advance tee time reservations. Practice facility privileges are also available for an additional fee.
