This dogleg right par 5 is the signature hole on the monument course due to the large “Monument” rock in the middle of the fairway. Longer hitters can cut off some of the yardage by aiming to the right of the tree at the dogleg but beware it is a long carry. Once in the fairway note the fairway bunker short right. Directly behind it is a wash that can prove difficult to escape. There is more room left of the green and its edge is the bunkers. The approach shot is downhill with the desert being the penalty for a long approach shot. |
